I’m an effective psychotherapist and life coach with 30 years experience.

As your THERAPIST, I will earn your trust by listening & asking questions. I’ll help you heal emotional wounds, resolve personal problems, develop healthy relationships & eliminate unhealthy behavior patterns. You can learn to put feelings of shame, fear & guilt to rest & feel whole again.
