I can offer you a blend of talent, integrity, training, experience & dedication. I’ve undergone my own intensive therapy, lived & studied throughout the U.S. and abroad. I’m an effective psychotherapist and life coach with 30 years experience.

As your THERAPIST, I will earn your trust by listening & asking questions. I’ll help you heal emotional wounds, resolve personal problems, develop healthy relationships & eliminate unhealthy behavior patterns. You can learn to put feelings of shame, fear & guilt to rest & feel whole again.

I do offer phone sessions for those clients who are unable to come to my office for reasons of geographical distance, health issues, etc.
